Title: Terrible Service and Disrespectful Staff: A Restaurant to Avoid!
Rating: ā āāāā
I wanted to give zero star as feedback the reason is below: My recent dining experience at 18 Degrees Resto Lounge left me utterly disappointed and frustrated. We booked table for 10 people and all are disappointed. The service was so abysmal that I feel compelled to warn others about the disrespectful behavior of the staff and the complete lack of coordination within the establishment. If you're seeking a pleasant dining experience, I strongly advise you to steer clear of this restaurant.
To start, the service at 18 Degrees Resto Lounge was shockingly slow and disorganized. Every order took an agonizingly long time, exceeding 30 minutes on multiple occasions. The waitstaff seemed oblivious to the concept of efficiency, as they frequently mixed up orders and served them to the wrong tables. It was evident that there was a severe lack of communication and coordination among the waiters, causing confusion and frustration for both customers and staff alike.
Adding insult to injury, the billing process was an absolute nightmare. Not only did they get our orders wrong, but the final bill presented to us was incorrect as well. To make matters worse, they unlawfully applied service tax to a water bottle, which is illegal in India. When we politely requested the removal of this excess charge, the staff responded with nothing short of rudeness and arrogance. Shubham (Employee In Restaurant) not only refused to rectify the mistake but also went as far as threatening us for questioning their illegal practices.
The unprofessional behavior exhibited by the restaurant's staff was completely unacceptable. Their lack of respect towards customers and disregard for basic customer service principles left a sour taste in my mouth. It is evident that 18 Degrees Resto Lounge has no regard for customer satisfaction or rectifying their mistakes.
In conclusion, I strongly advise against dining at 18 Degrees Resto Lounge. The combination of rude behavior, abysmal service, and unethical billing practices makes it an establishment that fails to meet even the most basic expectations. Save yourself the disappointment and frustration by seeking out a more customer-centric dining...

I visited 18 Degree Restaurant and Bar with my wife to celebrate New Yearās Eve, and it turned out to be the worst experience of our lives. We paid ā¹3500 per person for their so-called āunlimited food and entertainment,ā but what we got was a complete disaster.
Overcrowded and Chaotic: The place was packed beyond capacity, with over 150 people crammed into a venue that could barely handle half of that. There were only about 10 tables for food, and the crowd was unbearable. It felt like they had sold unlimited tickets without any regard for the comfort of their guests.
Terrible Food Arrangements: For ā¹3500, We expected at least basic hospitality, but instead, we had to stand in long lines to get food, like beggars (bhikari banake rakh diya). People were literally fighting to get a plate. There was no clarity on the food options, and the staff seemed clueless about managing the chaos.
Pathetic DJ and Entertainment: The DJ was third-class (bilkul third-class DJ tha). Instead of creating a lively New Yearās vibe, it felt like some random songs were played on shuffle. There was no energy, no flow, and absolutely no entertainment. It completely ruined the mood.
Rude and Unprofessional Management:
When I approached the management to express my frustration, they said, āAapko entry lene se pehle puchhna chahiye tha.ā Can you believe this? Instead of apologizing or trying to resolve the issue, they basically told me it was my fault for trusting them. Their attitude screamed, āBhaad mein jao.
This was a complete waste of time, money, and energy. From poor planning and pathetic food arrangements to unprofessional staff and horrible entertainment, everything about this event was a scam.
If you value your money and your mood, do yourself a favor and stay away from 18 Degree Restaurant and Bar. Iām never going back, and I strongly recommend others to avoid this...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis is the most pathetic place i have ever been to. (1) Cold food served. (2) Untreated hard water is served as normal water. Also that would mean same water is used to cook food. Very unsafe in monsoon. (3) Untrained, uncoordinated, irritating and disturbing staff. (4) Basic things like tissue paper or napkin, spoons, fork, knife etc werent on the table. Even when food was served we were waiting for the tableware to be served so we could start having our cold meal. (5) Super empty restaurant. See snaps clicked.
The staff wasn't sure what services they were supposed to provide. Initially they made us sit at 6 people table and when food was served we were asked to move because someone has booked the table after we were on the table. Not sure how that happened?!!! The entire restaurant was empty. But somehow they booked our seats... The manager with whom we spoke to was pathetic and had no concern to this issue. He just asked to carry on where we were seated. But different staff personnel came by to ask us to move to a different table several times. No coordinaton within the staff at all. They not only disturbed us, but irritated us to a level that we just left the restaurant without having our complete meal...
The food servered was cold... Not sure if it was freshly cooked. No response to the requests we made for hot food... The drinks came after starters were over!!!
The hard water they served wasn't treated and they either served bottled water or hard water only. We came to know about untreated hard water from the waitress... They didn't care to inform us that water was untreated and only when we asked her many questions she said so...That means they cook food in this untreated water for everyone irrespective... In monsoon season it's so unsafe...
The place was empty until 9pm on a Friday eve...
