PCMC Building — Local services in Maharashtra

It is indeed a great Municipal corporation in India. They are fastest growing as well. Beauty is being spread and when it is done a lot challenges also come in way. The big challenge someone face in merely in infrastructure but in mentality of people. What they feel is someone is taking their dignity away what used to be in the ancient times, so they must believe that we also bow down to traditions and cultures of India and so Maharashtra and none can hamper the dignity ever. We respect every religion, every scriptures and everyone in this country and we all have one nation India and one Anthem Jana Gana Mana and we always sacrifice our lives for the good of India(Bharat). People from other states are considered outsiders and in some cases local people in different area are seen harassing others with no genuine cause and in one I too have been a victim. Areas like dehu road is one of intolerant. So my point is a neat and healthy mentality develops a city so corporation should also take some steps for securing lives around, police stations nearby should be active and supporting also a step should be taken to break the gangings and an awareness should be spread to make them secure and educated so influence of crime should stop. I feel it should be made secure so development can become collective motives of all of us. Thanks Jai Hind Jai...

They have their own rules, for my son another aadhar kendra lady told me to book an appointment because of COVID issue. Without appointment they will not process the application. Hence I booked the online appointment but earlier dates were received at PCMC aadhar Kendra service when I reached there, shop no 8 opposite to PCMC building the lady told me this Kendra is not operational since 3 years I have to go to PCMC building. Then I went there and this over smart guy told me they don’t have online booking only I have to reach there at 9:30 am to get the token. I shouted , my mother requested but these people are heartless even after looking that my mom had problem with her leg, she can’t walk like normal people and I was carrying my 1 year old son and running here and there because of their mistake.

Utter disappointment, wish we had any way to let these people know how it feels when you follow all rules and get nothing at the end...

Starting with the customer care, I had great experience speak with the PCMC team. Very helpful and keen to resolve the issues. I also had a chance to visit here for an issue and I came out with a resolution in matter of minutes. The staff not only attended me quickly but also resolved the issue and suggested alternates. They also took time to explain what are the future plans to make the functioning, website, app more better for citizens....
