I had a disappointed service yet again. Can't help to be at this as it is convenient for parents.

They have just given importance to the ambiance.

I went with my family and wanted to sit outside but he kept insisting to sit inside (just because if big group come he will let them the sitting). He kept saying inside is good... If so, then shutdown the other sections. Freedom is not allowed if you come with family (thought I was not going to waste his outside sitting space)

Everyone know that you have staters and masala papad. They why to ask if I want it (which is not worth the price). I know it's their hotel management training but still.

Had to followup several time for food.

Made the payment via card and he brought the machine saying would you like to add tip amount 😡. I said will pay cash. They should first realise if they have given well service or no before asking. Also, after payment the slip still had a empty field for tip, which means even if you don't during payment they can still add it afterwards.

If I had not been with my parents then I would have walked out off for point#1. It is pure NO visit from me in...

The worst hotel ever....first of all it's on a dingy looking warehouse setting on the 5th floor. The reception was all decked up to look appealing but it had 15/16 year old young boys at the reception who didn't know what they were doing there. I booked here through OYO rooms seeing their website and getting confirmation from Oyo that it's their PREMIUM property. I called up twice to confirm that I'm having booking and they confirmed it both at Oyo and at the hotel. Aftr we reached the hotel we saw dingy depressed looking rooms with dirty bed linen and unclean toilets and furniture that's not wiped clean for days together. It was AC room which after spending 10 minutes had not cooled. The toilet seat was broken. It was the worst. Called up Oyo there only, who After much waiting, asked their senior manager to call me who said that the most deluxe room is being prepared for us. When we went to reception to ask about their Most Deluxe Room, there was no one at the reception. I felt like I had entered into Twilight Zone. My son said it looked like the Grimm Reaper would pop out at any moment...worst worst worst.....never again through OYO or...

I would have given 4 for awesome food and for an amazing ambiance. But the irresponsible behavior of that one guy over there made me give 3.

So, the bill was 1008 which we (group of 4 friends) decided to split. I wasn't keeping any cash with me so I told them to give me the cash and I will pay the bill with my card. He swiped on his first attempt and took it out saying - 'insufficient balance'. I went numb hearing that since my first card was already empty. I told him to try again so that I can check my account. He was done with his 2nd attempt saying the same thing, giving me a pale look I was still struggling to login my credentials (damn these passwords). Finally I logged in my account on my 3rd attempt and showed him the amount I was having on that point of time. (which was of course more than 1008/- 😓). Later on his next attempt we got to know that he was actually putting 10008/- on his machine. Now imagine the situation if I would have that amount...
