Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Maharashtra

We had booked a table through Swiggy dine-in for an offer of 50% off for this location of Pizza Hut, upon arriving at the restaurant, the guy at the counter firstly refused to acknowledge anything regarding the offer or the booking, he said he doesn’t think it’s possible for them to give a discount offer, I asked him to call the guy incharge of the place. Then this guy who’s been whining from behind the counter in native language all this while comes up and says he’s incharge and he says he knows that there’s an offer going, but he simply refused to give us the offer. He says he’s not going to give it in his store because he “simply doesn’t wants to” and those are the exact words I heard him tell me. The rudest and the most indecent owner I’ve ever seen. He literally denied people who came there with an offer booking and simply excused that such offers won’t work for his store and he wouldn’t even give a one rupee discount on food. I’m sorry then why the hell is the offer still up? Atleast mail the company so people don’t waste their time and money just to fool themselves? I’ve informed Swiggy regarding the same and they’ve said they’ll be taking appropriate action. But please just make sure to never visit the store, the owner thinks he’s so clever because he doesn’t inform you about this until you start interrogating, he’ll simply extract money at the end when it’s time to make the payment because that’s what he did to one of the fellows who went to his store. I’m also going to make a twitter post regarding the same tagging the owner. Will see if he gives a damn regarding such...

Worst service ever.....ordered pizza online on site, made payments online at 12:45 was confirmed order will be delivered by 1:31. When called up customer care to check the status of the order. Customer services tells me order already delivered check with the store and was provided with store contact number. Tried calling store number which said incorrect number. Hence called again to customer cares executive spoke with Sagar who told there's no order placed and then after a long hold on the call he said that he spoke to the store and was told that the order has already dispatched and the delivery boy will contact directly. But still didn't receive any sort of calls for the order from the delivery boy not the store and when asked Sagar to provide the number for the store he didn't provide it to me. One of the worst customer services ever provided...

One of my all time favourite Pizza destination in Pimpri, the quality of Pizza they make it top notch and always they prepare Pizza within 10 minutes, sometimes there is queue and staff is very friendly and prompt, they also taking good measures considering pandemic situation by delivering contactless package of joy. Also I would like to highlight one thing that PizzaHut generously offer Buy 1 Get 1 free which is money saver, I visited just today on July 12th. The size of pizza is good and 2 Pizza are enough for 3 people. Also try Cheese pasta meal, I would not hesitate to say that PizzaHut is more tastier and cost effective than Domino’s pizza.
