Burger King — Restaurant in Mumbai

I had to give one start since there is no option to give zero stars to put a review! I had ordered home delivery from this outlet from the app past midnight and the order was incorrect, food was cold and spilled as if it was premade and packed in a hurry and not cooked properly. I stay at a distance on 5mins from the outlet, the food shouldnt have been cold! One of my family member ended up with stomach infection the next day due to improperly cooked paneer burger. Inspite of filing multiple complaints on the app, I didn't receive any call from the branch after which I had put an official complaint on their email customercare@burgerking.in, but I still wasn't responded. I have been a regular customer at Burger King since past many years but I wouldn't recommend anyone eating from any of the outlets since they don't maintain proper hygiene standards, food is not cooked properly and the staff preparers and packs the order in a hurry without caring about the quality and packaging of the food. I ordered 1 burger, fries and a coke from Burger King around 10:30 pm. When the delivery boy came to my house to take the order, I came to know that only the burger was delivered.I told the delivery boy that this was the wrong order, so I called the restaurant, but their phone was switched off. The delivery boy said it was the restaurant's fault, they sent the wrong delivery.I always order from Zomato on a daily basis but this was the first time this happened to me so I had no idea what to do.
