Very good quality products! We ordered them online from Pune. Just sharing my experience as a customer feedback as an opportunity for you to improve your customer experience further. Recently placed an order online (order no. 2190 dated 3 Aug 2021) containing total 7 nos. packets with total weight of 1500 gm (1.5 kg). This order was booked for delivery via Indian Post Service by you. Because of the bigger size and weight of parcel, Indian Post Service person was hesitant to deliver it to my house and was requesting me to come to their office and pick it up. Please note this hampers the customer experience you are offering without any mistake of yours. Therefore request you to send deliveries of items esp. bigger weight & size parcels via any reputed private courier service instead of Indian Post Service and charge the same to your customer. I am sure considering the quality of your products, customers will be happy to bear the charges of private courier service even if they are a bit higher than those of Indian Post Service. Please take this as customer feedback for improvement in the overall customer experience that your are offering.

Received the parcel but after opening the box, found both the Kachori packets opened (teared up), one with big tear from top & the other having tiny hole size tears at top and bottom, 1 no. Kachori from the packet with big tear was spilled out of the packet inside the box. Please refer the photos attached. We cannot consume Kachoris from these opened packets & no point in returning them back to you as well. Expect the seller to issue refund for these 2 nos. 250 gm Kachori packets ordered.

From the overall experience, I can say that their products are definitely very good! but for online ordering and home delivery experience, there is lot of scope for improvement. At present, it is better to buy products directly from their shop.

Being a big foodie and specially fond of snacks, I have eaten in all the possible places across Mumbai. However I want to say that Gokuldas is the best place I have ever come across. The quality is outstanding and one of the best in the City. They make the products from their heart and soul. Inspite of over eating, have never got any stomach discomfort or acidity as compared to other places, I've eaten and suffered. Their crispy samosas are to die for and the best. Jalebi, fafda, dhoklas(pizza Dhokla) are worth trying. Not just that, the kesar peda, kesar gulab jamun, ras Malai, gulab pak, milk cake are something worth trying.

Also the best part what I love about this place is, the Owners humble approach and selfless nature. Got to know him through common friend, the owner spends a major amount earned from his shop for treating Cancer patients & kids, sponsoring poor kids education, helping NGOS and animal lovers by sponsoring Cat, dog & Birds food and paying for injured animals treatments. He's a true selfless person I have met in my life. Hats Off to his dedication and commitment not just towards his Food shop & Customers, but also towards unknown humans and stray animals.
