Hive Hostel — Local services in New Delhi

Dear all, I have resided in this PG accommodation for two years, paying a rent of 16k for the fourth floor, which I now find to be excessively high. There are several concerns I wish to address:

Firstly, the management charges varying rents to different tenants, which seems unjust. Students on the third floor pay between 14k to 15k while some pay as little as 10k.

Secondly, I am disappointed with the security arrangements. Guards are rarely stationed at the gates, often roaming aimlessly. Recently, there was a break-in at 8:30 AM where laptops and phones were stolen, yet the staff and managers were unresponsive and blamed the incident on the victims.

Thirdly, the food distribution is problematic. The person in charge takes food home and frequently admonishes residents for trivial reasons such as being late or taking slightly more food than usual. Access to utensils is limited, as they often claim to be out of plates. Moreover, the quality of food and water is substandard, which has led to numerous health issues among residents, including jaundice, typhoid, and dengue.

Lastly, during our end-of-semester exams, management abruptly demanded that all residents vacate by the 31st, citing the end of their contract with the builder. They refused to extend stays even by a week, demanded full-month rent if anyone wished to stay longer, and ceased all essential services like food, laundry, and cleaning.

Based on my experience, I strongly advise against choosing this PG...

Worst pg ever Firstly they said we cannot give your money back or return your security if you leave the pg between the contract Then at the end of the contract before one month they said you all have to leave the pg which is at satya niketan in delhi jade by hive because the contract of the building is over . We all suffer alot because all the students have there exams at the time they even can't return the money they said we will return after 30 days They can't return the money back No one will answer your calls worst admins worst faculty ever Full is more even worse soo many girls suffered from jaundice Please by my side...
