Flagship Hotel Bluemoon Inn, South Campus — Hotel in New Delhi

Red flag hotel At the reception they will ask for double the pre-booked price. Unprofessional behaviour of owner and man on reception Unsafe for female/couple and even for single male. Dirty room, toilet, served used items.

I came delhi for my UPSC exam, i booked the property through booking.com app, Hotel property ask double of the booking price, unprofessional behaviour, they took booking amount, and than refused to give me room, forced me to cancel the booking from booking.com and pay double of pre-booked price 1000inr and after that only they handover the keys .. room was used, mosquitos, insect rodents arround the bed and floor,, blood and dirty stains on the bed, refused to change linens, argued a lot than they changes, drunker shouting thorough out the night, unsafe environment.

From past 8yr. I'm using booking.com not only in India, in more than 3 other European countries. But never faced any issues as I face from the last 2 times in india..

Even I tried to contact booking.com customer care, AI assistant only available to deal with customers which is totally useless.. I will not use booking.com in future and never recommend it to anybody as well.
