Subway is located in the Aeromall Foodcourt & it's convenient for passengers to grab a bite before or after their flight. The downside is that the staff & manager aren't competent and seem confused about the menu themselves, a printed menu should be provided so that customers can point to what they ordered.
They messed up my order by adding a meal and a separate drink which was Fanta. They gave me a single Coke which lead me to believe they forgot Fanta & initially they even gave it to me. Then the guy at the counter randomly whistles which is not a way to call the customer... They had not billed what I had asked for. Mistake on their part but no apology was made. Anyways i returned the coke & took Fanta which is what I wanted anyways.
Apart from this stupidity, we tried their new Grills menu. One Delhi Tikki and Roast Chicken Melt. Conveniently they didn't even tag the veg and non veg one lol... But the taste was nice. We took crispers in the meal which was roasted potato wedges.
