Bad experience. Not once but three times. Need lot of room for improvement. Ordered black ginger lemon tea as I was down with a bad viral. I liked chai points black ginger lemon tea at their phoenix market city outlet & their turmeric cookie paired well with it., but the recent delivery I was told by the sales person that it was from Aeromall. Received tea with full of lemon juice and no trace of ginger in it.. tasted very sour and watery., just one sip of it., then I had to discard it. On the other hand Tea with milk and ginger was Ok. Their service has been very unsatisfactory lately. Inspite of sharing my feedback on their service & delivery on their Google form, no one has responded back. I recently visited the Chai Point located in Aeromall Mall, Pune, and was thoroughly impressed. The location is easily accessible and offers a welcoming atmosphere.
