While the food is not traditionally authentic to the original source, it is redefined to the Indian taste pallet. The spectrum of options was a bit overwhelming…in a good way. We got cilantro chicken and it was crispy and tasty. However, I wish the chicken was a thicker. The bun on the Nashville sandwich was too thick. Traditionally, the chicken is slathered with hot oil and this was missing. Nonetheless it was tasty as a whole. It is of note the bun standards are on par with other local competitors but leaves much to be improved.
