A.M Biriyani and Fast Food — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

It was very worst biriyani and worst experience I had on 30th June 2022. I'm preffering - 5 start and they are not worth for zero start as well. Me and my cousin went there just because I have seen some you tuber review but please don't trust any YouTube review. We had biriyani and the taste is like rice with some chilly powder and I'm not sure how some of them rated this restaurant into 2star. I was super disappointed as the food was super worst. I have given the feedback to AM biriyani (My feedback - I'm a biriyani explorer and this is the first time I had the very worst biriyani and please try to provide good food). Suddenly that guy expression and behavior changed and he asked you you only didn't like the taste and you both are the first one to complaint about food. We have checked with some of people over there and they also felt the same but they don't want to waste their time to do a argument. While I'm speaking my cousin stopped me as it's waste of time as they are not in a mode to take a feedback and throwing up a attitude. Hence it's in the main road most of the people are like passing passengers. Another point to highlight they have only north Indian labour's and they could not be able to understand what we are speaking. I personally felt they kept north labour's to save more money and not to give employees to south people. His attitude was so bad and he wasn't ready to take it as feedback. I been given feedback in 5 start restaurant as well as in food wise you can't full fill everyone and some time taste might go wrong but accepting the problem and working out on feedback is different. In that 5 star hotel as well they accept their issue but this guy's behaved live he throwing me a free food. Moral of this review if you are a biriyani lover just ask for sample food for taste and go for it. My personal suggestion my home made biriyani is so so good and I would rate AM biriyani as 1 out of 100.super worst biriyani and the restaurant.. I'm not sure is this a right AM biriyani place. If someone knows this is a right AM biriyani or not...

Pathetic service and staffs! Our waiter was a old lady who didn't know anything about the menu and always had to depend on a another waiter who was again a old man who never took his job serious and always relaxing in chairs and talking his own personal talk with other workers there. Okay let's get to food. For starters we ordered something called am special chicken which we only received after finishing the main course, biriyani. We had chicken biriyani which was basically tomato rice with some chicken pieces in it I would rate it 2/5 and my friend who was vegetarian had veg fried rice which looked like Schezwan but fine it was mid, but the tomato ketchup we got was horrible!! Like do you guys even taste something before buying it for your restaurant? Coming to butter and paneer butter masala, naan was okayish but I have never seen paneer butter masala in brown colour, but it was fine and tasted okay. The waiting time was 20 mins for naan and gravy. I didn't expect this restaurant to have good taste but never expected this kind of service. Conclusion: i would choose barbequeen...

Extremely Disappointing Experience - Not Recommended

I had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel, and I would not recommend it to anyone.

I ordered two egg noodles, and unfortunately, both were served with an excessive amount of salt—completely ruining the taste. The lollipops served were made with old meat, and they had a bad smell. This is unacceptable. I ended up wasting 570 rupees for food that was of terrible quality and had no taste. The hotel owner seems to have no regard for customer feedback, which only added to my disappointment.

No quality, no quantity, and certainly no value for money. The food doesn't match the price, and the overall experience was frustrating.
