No1 Brand of Lucknow. The secret recipe was created by Haji Murad Ali, who apparently had only one hand. In India a person with leg disability is called "Langadey" and a person with hand disability is called "Tunday" and as soon as Haji Murad Ali won that contest he got so much popular in Lucknow with the name of "Tunday Kabab" because people use to call him Tunday due to his hand disability and he had got the royal patronage henceforth for his softest and most succulent kababs.
If we talk about the secret recipe it apparently has the great combination of 160 spices. The recipe is a secret of the family and is passed down to generation to generation by the ladies of the house.
Tunday Kababy was established in 1905 in the crisscrossed lanes of Chowk area by Haji Murad Ali where it is still today. I am going to be honest, this was the worst experience with any restaurant I have ever had. I initially planned to dine in, but owing to the terrible ambiance and bas hygiene of the place, I decided to take away. I took one bite and within 10 mins I am constantly rushing to the washroom.
End-note: Please visit any other restaurant but not this place. I normally avoid giving bad ratings to anyone, but what they did is actually criminal. So far the worst experience I have...

Amazing. Just super awesome. If you are a non vegetarian and visiting or living in Lucknow. You should visit this place once.
Me and my frnd ate till we were full for 476 rs only. Amazing man.
The quantity is also more than expectations. They offered 6 big pieces of good quality chicken in half chicken masala. Which was worth 250 rs. Can you think of a place which offers the same. I can not.
There is no taxes. The price in the menu is the final price you will pay.
I didn't find the roomali roti to be good. Rest of the food was awesome. Just super duper good. Seriously why are you reading any further. Just go...
