A nightmare stay

I recently had the displeasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say it was a truly dreadful experience. From the moment I stepped into the room, I was hit with an overwhelming stench of smoke that lingered throughout my entire stay. Despite multiple requests to change rooms, the hotel staff seemed indifferent and unresponsive to my concerns, leaving me stuck in a room that felt more like a poorly ventilated smoking lounge.

To add insult to injury, the lack of basic amenities was astonishing. Not a single towel was provided, and my requests for them were met with nothing but empty promises. It felt like a game of hide and seek with the elusive hotel staff who were apparently too busy to attend to such trivial matters as guest comfort and hygiene.

Cons: Rooms without windows (may be suffocating if you want to have a look outside). Not all the rooms but many. Refurbished property beware of false ceiling (my experience was not so good). Gyeser may not be working. Mattresses are not comfortable. No dental or shaving kit will be provided. Not properly visible sign board. No prechecks before room allotment you need to ask to change bed sheets or dustig. If you don't complain they won't bother. Not suitable for long stays. Room was dirty Liquor smell inside the room Bedsheet and pillow cover were dirty, seems some had a mingling before we got the room TV wasn't wprking Room service was pathetic, water glass was not provided. Coffee cups were there but cigarettes burnts spot were there in it. No dinner was available as kitchen closed.

Only ine thing went well was the CHAI and Paratha, rest was cumbersome.
