I recently dined at the Open Air restaurant and I am deeply disappointed with the appalling service I received. It was a complete disaster from start to finish. First of all, it took a whopping 45 minutes for our food to arrive after placing the order. It was utterly frustrating as we were eagerly anticipating our meal, but the delay left us starving and impatient.

As if that wasn't bad enough, when our food finally arrived, it was not even the complete order. Several items were missing, and we had to repeatedly ask the server to bring them, which only added to the delay and inconvenience. To top it off, the food that did arrive was lukewarm at best, clearly indicating that it had been sitting out for a while before being served.

To quench our thirst, we ordered cold drinks, but they were brought to us after we had already finished our meal. It was utterly absurd and unacceptable to serve the drinks so late, especially when the food had already been consumed. The lack of attention to timing and basic service was astounding.

Adding insult to injury, when we asked the server to pack the leftover food so we could take atleast donate to someone in need, they simply shrugged and did not packed the food for more than 15 mins, ultimately we left the food. It was a blatant disregard for customer service and a clear violation of basic restaurant etiquette.

Despite our dissatisfaction, the server showed no interest in calling the manager to address our concerns. When we insisted on providing feedback, the server brushed us off and showed no willingness to listen or take any action to resolve the issues. It was clear that our feedback was not valued or considered important by the restaurant staff.

In conclusion, the service we experienced at Open Air restaurant was the worst we have ever encountered. The delayed food, incomplete order, lukewarm food, late drinks, lack of takeaway containers, refusal to call the manager, and disregard for customer feedback were utterly unacceptable. It was a disappointing and frustrating experience, and we will not be returning to this restaurant again. We had gone to dine in this unfriendly restaurant. Our car was parked outside their premises which they told was their restaurant parking. After a while we got a call from the police station that out car has been towed and parked in the police station. We asked for help from the restaurant owner and he bluntly refused and told us that it is not his concern. He also told us that to take care of the cars of customers is not his concern.
