Cake Park — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

Decided to order a rainbow cake to celebrate my baby girl's 9 month b'day. Contacted the number gn in their website (10 days b4 the actual date) & the person redirected to a 'SO Called CHEF', a lady in their Kodambakkam branch. She was more interested in the money I was gonna pay her. She wanted me to pay the full amount (₹1500/kg) 10 days b4 itself. When I insisted on paying ₹500 as advance, she refused to accept it. She said that she would discuss on the details of the cake only after I paid the full amount. I paid in full 3 days back & called the lady. She was so uninterested in the conversation. She was more keen to cut the call. ( after all she had received the amount. What else can I expect from a mere MONEY MINDED PERSON?) When the cake was delivered, the customisation details I mentioned over call were missing. It was so plain at the top ( I topped the cake with a few gems).No proper reply from her side when I asked about it. Also, she didn't attend my call. The worst part came later. While cutting the cake, my baby girl touched the cream. Too much food color was added in the cream. We couldn't literally wipe off the colors from her hand. We washed her hands numerous times but is of no use. When we consumed a bit of the cake (the cake crust) , it was literally bitter due to the excess amount of colors added to it. We've never had such a horrible experience while consuming a cake. It was a rainbow cake without flavors. Of course, there was a bitter flavor. All of us who had consumed the cake are facing severe throat pain. When visited the doctor, he confirmed FOOD POISONING. When they can't provide quality food, why the hell are they running a bakery. Bakery items attract small children. Consumption of such POISONOUS content would only leave them sick. A mere WASTAGE OF HARD...

Totally waste....bad experience with that one person in Kodambakkam BRANCH.. I dont know the name of that person...they treated best and give good customer care only for girls.......

We are Always Buy Cakes only in Ck backery only But This time i had a bad experience in Kodambakkam Shop Because they are Irresponsible Person's are there in the shop That Person name I don't know but they working not properly they never respect to the customers We Go your shop At 12.30 Pm And They Take order And Next 5 minutes 2 Girls Are come And They Took orders for cake Who get the Cake 1st . Practically We only Get 1st But The Billing Making Person Treated Only Girls ..We Wait 30 minutes in Shop Then Only We Get Cake ..Especially They Not a Give Carrybag Also we had in hand We are not make complaints Your loosing your customers next time I'll never go your Shop.....Pls Check That KODAMBAKKAM TEAM THEY ARE FULLY IRRESPONSIBLE AND WORST EXPERIENCE I HAD...

Ordered a choco vannila cake and asked for it to be customized in a design they had in their shop. And you know what, all of us in the family tasted a cake which is bitter for the first time ever.. When we approached the shop, their response is that the design I selected needed some colours to be added and we should just eat the middle portion of it.. I'm at lost of words to understand how someone can just eat the middle portion of the cake and throw the other sides away... And this is not a fondont cake.. It is just a cream cake that I ordered for... i know other shops where the prices are comparatively cheaper but I decided to pay premium so I can get a quality cake to celebrate the occasion...
