Had a bad experience with the store. Have been buying from this store for many years. Usually there are men in the store,now they have women who are not very capable. I asked for avakkai without garlic and when I went home after cutting open the packet, I realised it was something else and when ai saw the packet, it was in Telugu and I don’t know to read Telugu. I called the store and they asked me to bring it. After I sent it through someone, they are saying we have used 12 gms from the packet. I am not so hard up taking from a packet something I don’t require. It could be the piece of the packet, I cut open. They were quarrelsome, not agreeing to what I say. The products are definitely good,I have been there coustomer for 2-3 years. The person at counter gives a very unwelcome stare if we ask about products, If you buy then ask maybe the person will not mind I guess.My question is how do I buy without understanding what iam buying ?
