Such a worst maintenence at velachery Dhandeeswaram branch.Only one bill counter will work. If other counters are working too, only one person will be billing. No one can purchase for emergency . Have to wait till your patience gets exhausted.. counters will be four but one one will have change starting from even 50rs to 1000rs 🤦‍♀️. Only gpay or card assess will be possible. Have been purchasing and reporting regularly regarding these issues. But no one cares. Persons will be more but no one will be at counter session. Occupying such a main area for shop is not a big deal, not responding to customers and their needs clearly shows your poor maintainence. Donno why they are keeping such worst billing procedure and maintenance.

Bought pomogranate juice for 2 people whoch costs of 240. Seller didn't even proceed to prepare the juice and gave after 20mins where only two customers are there. KPN at Dandeeswaram, Velachery branch has the worst customer service. The staffs are inexperienced and have zero value for customers. They don't have manners of any kind, except for a very few. Billing is a horrible experience, once I had to cancel an item and the billing executive bluntly refused to cancel the item. Then I had to call someone who looked like a supervisor and he assisted with the cancellation. But it was a manual process and had a notebook to make an entry for the cancelled item, stating the reason, time, date, rate etc. Their billing software doesn't support cancelling items. In another instance, I billed Aappam batter for Dosa batter and realised immediately I billed the wrong item. Again they refused to exchange and asked me to take fruits instead. They don't offer shopping baskets even if you stand hands full. The service guys won't help you pick an item, and won't bother to look at you even when you ask for help. Utterly...

I ordered one kg alohonso mangoes for 220/- and I got a small size of two mango only. Online they are cheating. Ladies finger also I ordered one kg and more than quarter kg was wasted.

Again today 15.04.2024 I ordered online fruits and groceries at 11.57 and till 2.00 pm it wasn’t delivered and wasn’t able to reach to the customer care team.
