Best place for Dine in with family in Madipakkam and Velachery soundings. Its affordable price with good vibe. It was absolute pleasure to celebrate birthday party over there. Food was delicious & Amazing.

We ordered biriyani, Kabab Platter, Smokey chicken, Chicken wings, Peri Peri chicken, Mutton sheek, Tangdi chicken, Talwar Chicken, Chicken keema parota, Aloo parota etc.

Biriyani- 5/5: I would say not a regular biriyani you can get in Chennai, they cook with perfect blend and spice with butter. It was mouthwatering with their gravy they serve. Absolutely tasty.

Kabab Platter- 5/5 : Wow you will get variety of flavours of chicken its has different taster all together. Pita bread was damm soft.

Mutton Sheek: 4.5/5 :Taste looks like Arab style sheek. Its yummy with their mayonnaise.

Tangdi chicken 4.5/5: Its a chicken drumstick marinated in chilly flavour. looks delicious.

Talwar Chicken: 5/5: This is their signature one. Absolutely delicious with mayo.....

Peri Peri Chicken /Smokey Chicken: 4.5/5: Peri Peri was spicy and different flavour of soft chicken meat. Somely chicken is not spicy but the both the meat was tender and soft.

Aloo/Chicken keema parata: Was too soft when you eat with super hot and minced chicken was too good.

Over all I would rate this restaurant is serving better than other restaurant. I would definitely recommend this place for family or...

I ordered via Swiggy (which is become an another garbage now a days). I ordered 2 Panner Biriyanis, 1 Mushroom Biriyani and 1 Veg Kabab Platter.. And this was how the food was.. The Biriyani had different Rice (Not the usual jeeraga samba rice) - Anyways, This is acceptable. The Biriyani was too spicy - Okey, this happens, this is also acceptable. Only 2 Raita box was given for 3 Biriyanis. Does the 3rd person have to eat Biriyani without Raita?? Anyways, since I was at home, I could prepare extra Raita at home.. What about others?? The Platter quantity was very less for price paid of Rs.299. Not even worth Rs.150.. Also Malai Panner was too burnt condition. Also the Platter had NO Pita bread included. And only 1 spoon of Mayo..

We are paying money and this is how these hotel treat us.. Especially for home delivered food, as if we are eating for Free.. FSSAI should raid these kinda hotels too.. Spoiled my day.. And Swiggy, they offered nothing when complained, just replied saying "This is as per standard and we can't do anything".. ...

I had a very disappointing experience with Kebabistan Restaurant. I placed an order around midnight, and unfortunately, the quality of food and service did not meet expectations at all.

The food was extremely salty—far more than a normal meal should be, which made it nearly inedible. I also ordered lime water, but it had no taste of lime whatsoever. It felt like I was just drinking plain water.

To make things worse, despite being located just one kilometer away from the restaurant, my order took over 60 minutes to arrive. That kind of delay for such a short distance is unacceptable.

What’s even more frustrating is that I was misled by the high ratings on Google. Based on my experience, it seems like those ratings are not genuine, which creates a false impression and traps customers into ordering from here.

I do not recommend this place based on my experience. Poor food quality, delayed delivery, and potentially fake reviews—definitely...
