Bought a Mushroom noodles (204rs) today TAKE AWAY !!

Waited for the Parcel and when the cashier called to pick up the parcel I went and collected the parcel.

Checked the parcel and found one 1rs Tomato ketchup and one 1rs chilli sauce for the Mushroom Noodles.

I asked the cashier for Extra tomato sauce packets as it won't be suffice.

He was calling one service boy for extra packet and in meanwhile he was very confident that there won't be only 1 tomato sauce kept in parcel..

He said me that pls check there will be more than one sauce packet.

I showed him the parcel cover.

He saw it and counted the green sauce as well(such a intellect to count green chilli sauce into tomato sauce count) and authoritatively said see there is 2 pkts.

Wherever you go no restaurants will give you 2(1rs) sauce packets for this Mushroom noodles. (As said earlier he counted chilli sauce also)

If you want ask I will give extra packet as if we are getting a freebie Mushroom noodles.

ATLAST HE SAID ONE STATEMENT

"Idhuku oru sauce packet eh adhigam".

That's where the point Nakshatra Lost its credibility and ethics(Treating customer like as if we are standing in temple queue for free prasadam).

I humbly returned the 1rs sauce packet to him and thinking in mind 200rs kuduthu noodles vangitom. 15rs kuduthu sauce nammale vangikalam.

Nakshatra hotel ku Yen selavu veikanum paavam.

(I am their regular visitor for past 1 year. And it won't be anymore.).

@Management if you don't control your staff behavior then it will be a trouble.

Incident happened on 19/8/23 around 3.30pm (check who is the staff in billing counter and educate customer...

I must have visited more than 100 times to this restaurant. The food and service is really good. Only bad thing here is the parking.. Especially in the weekends. Today I had a very bad experience.. After we kept our car in the parking the security comes and quarrels with us saying .. U can't park here.. Just park somewhere on the road . Seems getting lot of customers losing 1 or 2 families is not a big deal for them. The person at the parking was so rude that he spoilt my day. Don't know wether i can go again there. It's just like our every weeks go to place.. Sometimes we go 2-3 times a week. Small issues we usually never bother. But this issue was really bad.... When some other person involves and talk arrogantly bad words to me.as his car was struck in the parking lot.. The security or the parking incharge were just getting entertained by watching us but didn't accept their mistake and stop that rude person who was using vulgar words for no reason. Wanted to talk to the manager but my kid started crying so had to leave from there immediately. But whatever happens is for good only.. We landed up at akshayam velachery where food was good and service was also fast. If u want to go nakshatra just make sure u go by walk. Only then ur dime in...
