Shri Ganesh Bhavan — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

This vegetarian restaurant is located on Bazaar Main Road, Madipakkam. Good location. They have limited parking for two-wheelers, while four-wheelers must park on the roadside. The ambiance is decent, suitable for families. I typically order idiyappam, fourteen idlis, or dosa dishes here. However, their sambar is consistently salty, even after I provided feedback. Overall, the taste of the food is average, and the prices are a bit high for the quality and service they offer.

My biggest disappointment is their service (especially weekend) and management. I often visit morning for breakfast around 10:30 to 11:00 AM, but most of the time, they tell me, ‘We are out of food ( or only limited food items), and breakfast is over.’ They’re also unwilling to serve coffee or juices, which is highly unusual. Two times I’ve had to leave without eating anything. I’ve never encountered a restaurant that claims they don’t have coffee or juices available. On Sundays, most people don’t arrive early, and restaurants typically get busy around 10 or 11. Their service is definitely below...

Today mrg i had a mini tiffin here for Rs 130/-. The quality & qty what they are provided for Rs 130/- is seems to be overpriced. They should fix price between Rs 80 & Rs 100 for what they providing. Seems to be they are passing their overhead expenses to their customers. Also i asked "Naatu Sakkari" instead of white sugar for coffee . They said we have only white sugar. Worst service, have to wait for 35-40 mins to place order and have to wait for 30 mins for dosa order delivery. Waiters don’t care of customer service . Waited for more than 50 mins and left the hotel without eating and nobody’s there to listen. There is no incharge person in the branch. Never going to visit visit that restaurant chain anymore.
