Disappointed with Service This Time – Needs Improvement

I had a fantastic experience during my first visit – the Mandi and overall food quality were excellent, and the service was impressive. Naturally, I was excited to return.

Unfortunately, my second visit today was a letdown, especially in terms of service and atmosphere.

We ordered Half Mutton Mandi, Kadai Chicken, Butter Naan, and Half Tandoori Chicken. While the Mutton Mandi arrived promptly, the rest of the items were served with long gaps in between, leaving us waiting with empty plates. This disrupted the dining experience significantly.

The person who took our order was rude and spoke in a rough tone. The servers seemed inattentive and disconnected from basic service etiquette. One even placed the mayonnaise cup harshly on the table and walked away without a word. This was a stark contrast to my first visit, where everything was handled with care and professionalism.

Additionally, the handwash area had a very unpleasant odor, which affects the overall dining environment.

To be clear, I have no complaints about the food – it remains delicious and flavorful. However, service quality and hygiene standards need urgent attention.

Based on this experience, I’m downgrading my review from 5 stars to 1 star. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and brings back the quality service that made the first visit...

Ordered for Shorba however served creamy soup, tried to convince that it's a Shorba, there is a lot of difference between both which most of the consumers are aware about it.. ordered for starters and mains, I checked with the order taker that am I ordering extra as I donot want to waste, he mentioned that it's good enough you can have. My mains came before my starters, I told the guy serving that I am waiting for my starters first on which he said your starter will take time meanwhile you have mains as it will become cold. I really got pissed off as I can't have my food as per their choice. It seems they can serve dessert before the food. He took the food back and came with starters after 2 mins, right after then he bought the mains, he said I haven't finished the starters please get it later, he said now I can't take it back and kept everything on the table without anyone serving, without any condiments or accompaniments. Noone even bothered to check whether the food was good and palatable.. Trust me not even a day and I donot remember the taste of any item that I have ordered.. not a place to go.. Purposely they are keeping bottle of waters on the table to gain extra revenue, asked for regular filtered water which they denied. Had just 2 bottles of water however they charged for 4 bottles. Overall a disturbing...

Worst experience ever for a family outing!

We were asked to seat next to a trash storage area, which was not only unsanitary but also incredibly off-putting. The smell and the sight of garbage completely ruined the ambiance. The server was absolutely awful—rude, dismissive, and made us feel like we were a nuisance for simply being there. It was clear he had no regard for customer service or basic decency. Instead of offering any help, he gave us the most disrespectful, snarky replies to every request.

The worst part was how uncomfortable he made the entire experience. His behavior was borderline hostile, and it felt like he wanted us to leave as soon as possible. It was extremely unprofessional, and honestly, the mental toll it took on our family was unimaginable. We came to enjoy a meal together and ended up leaving the place feeling stressed, disrespected, and mentally drained.

Not only was the environment terrible, but the lack of basic courtesy from the staff was completely unacceptable. Definitely not a family-friendly spot—stay far, far away from this place unless you want to...
