Very Good place for Cakes, Yummy and Fresh Cakes, No old stocks. Small and Narrow shop. For fresh cakes of particular flavours pre order has to be done, Else they have only limited flavours in display, if it's an non pre order Good Customer support. Nice staffs, has branches in Perambur and teachers colony. Has various flavours. Only fresh backed cakes. They have cakes for all the occasions like birthday's, Anniversary's, Celebrations ets, They make theme based cakes for children's, Photo cakes, Premium cakes etc Tried several times for almost all occasions, taste matters I'll go all the way to Periyar Nagar for buying cakes by travelling around 15kms. Taste and quality wise awesome. Cake designs and making will be like 5 star quality. Has freshly backed breads, cakes etc. Cash, Card and Digital payment options available. One of the best place to try out cakes in this location. There might be many shops in and around but this shop has a seperate fan base for their taste. Not tried other 2 branches, as I'll prefer only Periyar Nagar branch, which is just opposite to Axis...

Poor way of handling customers, an incident happened like a fewerks back and I was busy with skmething else so i had to poay it now. I placed an order for rainbow for which i paid money in advance, but it went out of stock so i had to choose another option which was less than the other - they promised that they will give it to me and they sold it, which obviously was there mistake, but they were not ready to refund the balance amount instead they argued with me to buy something else from the store out of compulsion. I strictly said no and they wrote me a confirmation that they will reduce the balance amount in the next purchase within 90days if not my money will not be given back to me.

Point is - mistake was totally theirs and they gave me a deadline to buy anything for the balance instead of a refund and the owner was rude. Overall it was a very bad...

Very worst experience ever, this place is used to be my favorite but not anymore, quality of the cake is not worth the price, expect cake price, they charged me extra for the customised design and the final out they used 2 different colors and asked me to adjust and compramise since they don't have enough product of the same color.even the product they used for topping is in poor quality. Don't refer this place if you kids going to have cake. Even the cake is not fresh, felt like eating sponge. And the customer service is very worst, the way they showed attitude after they did something wrong.

Cake theme is chocolate and valentine theme out of blue they used odd orange color topping is half of the cake....
