Total nightmare! Normally you have to have 6 adults on a boat, they paired me and my sister with a couple with a 6 year old child. That makes 4 adults in total. Unfortunately, the woman on the boat acted like she was on a boat tour, not a rafting trip, and didn't even care about paddling, and she only made Instagram stories, and her husband was no different than her, so it turned out to be a terrible experience for my sister and I. We felt like we were giving this family a boat tour, and we were the only ones paddling the whole way! Our backs hurt like crazy. The staff was sweet, but he couldn't handle the situation. He only told the woman how to paddle once, but other than that, he didn't intervene with the woman or her husband during the two hour journey. The woman gave the paddle to her 6 year old son! It was truly awful. We wish we had chosen somewhere else because of this organizational problem. It was a very predictable problem! If you're still determined to go here, definitely tell them not to pair you with a family with children and that you want to be 6 adults in total! Otherwise, you'll feel like you're in...

Was really a good experience. Price was reasonable I would say and lunch is included. Although Lunch quality has to be improved. If you don't pick and drop from Hotel negotiate for good price. As we missed this point. The guide was good and helpful in assisting us through the activity. The rafting distance was around 11+km with 1 stop for refreshments. Total duration from start till end might be around 2.5 - 3 hrs. Do take note that if you have issue climbing up and down steep terrains by steps, please don't opt for this. The company will fetch you in a van and bring you to a place where you need to climb down 250+ steps atleast which is quite steep at some areas. After you complete the rafting you also need to climb up around 250+ steps along a steep terrain. So please be mindful of this and carry sufficient water and towels with you to stay hydrated. There are lockers to place your things and can be secured with a refundable deposit of IDR 100,000/locker. Only 1 toilet for all and shower areas are separate. Cleanliness has to be improved a lot.
