Imperial Cakery — Restaurant in Jakarta

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this charming bakery, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. From the moment I walked in, the aroma of freshly baked bread and pastries enveloped me, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

The selection of pastries and bread was truly impressive. Their croissants were flaky and buttery, and the chocolate-filled ones were a heavenly treat. I also tried the quiches, which were not only delicious but also made with fresh, quality ingredients.

What sets this bakery apart is the friendly and attentive staff. They were more than happy to explain the different pastries and help me make a choice. The service was top-notch.

The cozy seating area by the window allowed me to enjoy my treats while sipping on a perfectly brewed cappuccino. The combination of the scrumptious pastries and the cozy ambiance made for a wonderful visit.

If you're a fan of freshly baked goods and a welcoming atmosphere, this bakery is a must-visit. I left with a smile on my face and a bag full of delectable treats. I'll definitely be coming back for more.

Usually buy their cakes and siomay there, usually is fine. But yesterday i bought it, went home and put it in the fridge right away. But the cheese rolled cake and the chocolate rolled cake was sour, the cheese one smelled bad, and the siomay was so slimy, sticky, and smelled bad. IT WASN'T FRESH AT ALL....

2x beli somay di Imperial Cakery Siloam Kebon Jeruk selalu mengecewakan.. Pertama, beli somay 1 pack isi 10 kondisi tidak panas, mungkin krn belinya sore, sampai rumah dilihat somay sudah berlender (basi).

Kedua, sengaja gojekin beli somay 3 pcs dan bakcang.. somay yg diterima hanya dibungkus pakai plastik padahal kondisi somay panas dan tidak diberikan saus dan garpu kècil (biasanya kl di siloam lippo village dibungkus pakai pembungkus kertas + dikasih saus + garpu).. dan pas dimakan juga ada somay yg rasanya agak asam..

Sungguh mengecewakan 2x beli somay di Imperial Cakery Siloam Bonjer..

Padahal biasa beli di Siloam Lippo Village selalu puas dengan rasa dan pelayanannya... tidak pernah mengecewakan..

Semoga dengan review saya ini dapat memperbaiki pelayanannya yg di siloam bonjer.. saya rasa bukan dr kualitas makanannya tp lbh ke pelayannya yang tidak memperhatikan kualitas makanan yg sudah tidak...
