Hiromi Restaurant and Bar — Restaurant in Kuta Selatan

By far the worst dining experience I think I have ever had, anywhere. We were a group of 5 and none of us had tried this place before but thought it looked ‘ok’ from the website/Google search. Upon arriving, to a deserted, plain and rather boring looking place, we were immediately unsure. However, we agreed to try! As with any restaurant in the world, drinks order would be normal, right?! No sake, no wine, no cocktails, no champagne. Only water, vodka, Coca Cola and Sprite. I’m not exaggerating, it was that bad! The food order then took over and we ordered plenty of stuff to try. Having been sat down now for 40mins, not one of us had any drink, the ‘waitress’ stood there looking totally clueless as if it was her first day and then the food started to come. To be fair, some of it was ok/edible. Raw chicken didn’t go down well with me, nor did processed prawn tempura, which I usually like very much. An hour in and a few drinks finally came, at the 5th time of asking! The majority of the food was consumed but to say it was a very bad experience would be being kind. It was dreadful. Staff haven’t got a bloody clue how to welcome guests, let alone take care of them! No wonder the place was empty. If you like cheap and poor quality food with staff that will make you wish you’d never stepped foot inside, this is the place for you. I had to changed the review, last time visited, they revised the priced, limited to 3 order per menu, service became poor 👎, if every person has to be limited to order 3 times each menu, it is not all you can eat sushi, suddenly disappointed 🤦‍♂️,

Additional, totally scam ads on internet, they say buffet for 99net 1-30 jun 2022 1800-2100, when i came alone there is no such buffet, server say there should be minimum reservation in order to serve the buffet, totally scam ads on the internet 👎, was there on june 7th 2022, order 4 plates of beef rendang then i want have my 5th plates, server said they limited the beef rendang as it have been reserved for other guests which have been booked, are you serious ? Amazing Sushi Promotion!

Me and my husband recently took advantage of the sushi promotion Promo Merdeka All You Can Eat Sushi for IDR 178.000 net for 2 persons at Hiromi Restaurant and Bar, and it was an absolute delight! The variety and quality of the sushi offered were good. Every piece was fresh, beautifully presented, and bursting with flavor.

The promotion offers an excellent selection of traditional and creative rolls. We particularly enjoyed the Unagi Nigiri and Tuna Truffle Roll – They perfectly balanced textures and flavors. The sashimi was melt-in-your-mouth delicious.

The portions were generous, and the value for money was incredible. The service was also impeccable – the staffs were friendly, and attentive, and ensure we had a wonderful dining experience.
