The location is very nice. Music is perfectly backgrounded.
In the beginning the service was nice. But after we ordered our first round, we never saw anyone again. No new drinks, no new charcoal and no more food.
I tried 30 minutes to call someone, untill we finally went to a cashier to request the bill.
Pricing is okay.
But for me personally, the menu is 95% boring. I know hubble tries to reach out for the high societies, but it would be nice to offer at least some basics.
The food was good. We had a Cesar salad and croissant. The bakery is very nice.
The shisha was done very fast. Maybe bad luck, or just the lack of new charcoal. But if I make one by myself the first set of coal lasts much longer.
All in all I would say. I am absolutely not their focused customer.
If you feel good about fancy drinks, eating some caviar and like to see people and seen by them, it could be your style.
As a German guest I would call it: Schnöselig aber ohne Schnösel. It feels over engineered for what's literally is.
But like I already wrote, I am not the focused group of customers. I am pretty sure that the main group of customers absolutely likes it. And that's fine. It's definitely not a bad place.
Important to mention: all staff we had contact with, was very friendly and...
Read moreHubble Bali is one of those rare places that knows exactly who it is — effortlessly stylish, grounded in quality, and genuinely welcoming. Tucked away in a vibrant corner of Bali, it offers more than just a beautiful setting; it delivers an experience.
From the moment I arrived, I felt the balance between laid-back island energy and thoughtful design. The ambiance is warm and elevated, perfect for both long conversations and quiet reflection. What stood out most was the atmosphere — intimate without being exclusive, with music that sets the tone without overpowering it.
The food and drinks are excellent, but what surprised me most was the quality of their shisha. It’s easily among the best I’ve had in Bali — smooth, flavorful, and clearly handled with care. It became the centerpiece of the night, allowing the hours to slip by in a haze of conversation and comfort.
The staff were attentive yet relaxed, and you can tell there’s pride behind what they’re creating here. Hubble Bali isn’t just a place to eat or hang out — it’s a space you sink into. A place that lingers in your memory long after you leave.
Highly recommended for anyone who values atmosphere, quality, and a...
Read moreI ordered a takeaway poppy seed bun and was extremely disappointed. After the first bite, I felt something strange, and on the second bite, it was clear — there was sand inside the bun. Everything crunched in my mouth, and I had to rinse and pick sand out of my teeth. This was not poppy seeds — I know the difference very well.
What made it worse is how the restaurant handled the complaint. Instead of acknowledging the issue, they insisted it was just poppy seeds and refused to even consider the possibility of a mistake. They denied a refund, didn’t apologize, and basically suggested that I can’t tell the difference between sand and food.
I’ve ordered from this place many times before, including this exact item, and this was the first time something like this happened. It’s not about the money — it’s about the lack of accountability, basic respect, and customer care. Even a simple apology would’ve gone a long way, but they chose to ignore it completely.
Very disappointing and unacceptable. This raises real concerns about hygiene and food safety at this restaurant. I won’t be ordering...
