Bistro was pleasant to eat at the food could use a bit of a touch up with a bit of common sense like the tacos from taco Tuesday having sauce drizzled over the outside of the taco so when you pick up the taco your fingers a drenched in sauce (4/5) very good

The Belgian loaded fries had the cheese on the bottom of the bowl and not onto of the fries with the bacon so the bottom of the bowl was just oily and soggy chips from the cheddar cheese (3/5) was good (note - when the staff came and asked how the food was I replied with it was good and when the staff picked up the bowl and moved the napkin from the top of the bowl I was then asked “what’s this?” as if the waiter was offended with me not finished the food - was not happy with the response I’m paying for the food so I’ll finish as much of it as I want and not get questioned about why there’s some left over (might’ve taken it the wrong way but that’s how I perceived it)

And overpaying for Coke can 330ml was 30k why am I paying double here then anywhere else and receiving a service fee of 7% and tax of 10%

Over all was a very good meal out, can recommend but not on the top of the list to recommend lots of discrepancies that need to be ironed out polished and then put back into place

Other than that the staff were accommodating at the start but the discrepancies quickly piled up causing a good 5 star to plum it down to a 1 star.

They also over charge with the tax fee when looking at the recipe the math was not mathing I was taxed 10% of 423,000 which according to the recipe is 45,261 which is incorrect it should be 42,300 ?

Attended Christmas lunch in here. Preordered and prepaid. Ended up waiting for our food and drinks to come for more than 1 hour! We were 2 hours late due to personal obstacles, but some of those who arrived on time got their food and drinks even later, so some people were waiting for more than 3 hours! We got ours after I asked to give us money back as we desperately wanted to leave. The event was terribly organized in general - people were just sitting, talking, nobody even tried to suggest some fun activities to make this hustle less unpleasant. They knew how many people would come, what time and what day, they new what everyone ordered, they knew it was a Christmas Day. So, have no idea what could be used as an excuse in this case. Worst experience ever! It seems impossible to ruin the positive vibe of such a wonderful day as Christmas, but organizers and restaurant management managed it! Saw one of the negative reviews was written by one of organizers, blaming restaurant in all the problems, but “Where were you, man?” On the top of all I’m “enjoying” a stomach ache now.
