Domino's Pizza - Cork - Wilton — Local services in Cork

Shocking service here today, went in to collect my order that the app said was ready, joined the queue at the counter behind other customers, waited for 5-10 minutes before anybody came to talk to us, could hear loads of shouting from the kitchen area, nobodys order was ready, took another 5-10 minutes before my order was ready (just left standing at the counter), 45 minutes in total, from placing the order online to leaving with my food. No explanation given, no apology for the wait, no sign of a manager helping the staff out.

I get it, mistakes and delays happen, whats not good enough is the total lack of communication with customers that are waiting at the counter, a manager should have been there explaining the delay to the growing line of customers, one of which told me he had tried calling multiple times but was not answered so he went in in person to order.

I wont be going here again, not when four star, apache and papa johns are all just...

Food was nice, service and general politeness could be improved. Came in at 10.45pm on a Saturday night - ordered quickly and efficiently and sat to wait. No issues until I got up to use a bathroom to be told by the lady behind the counter that the bathrooms are closed since 10pm and only a manager could open it with the code. I questioned this and asked to speak to a manager which she replied she was. Food arrived and I left. I still questioned on my way home how a restaurant open till 12am on the night in question closes its bathroom facilities at 10pm. Isn't it a human right to allow people to use the toilets. The lady was rude and dismissive when I asked where the closest public toilets are. I will not...

Absolutely unprofessional behavior. The staff were rushing customers even though the shop was still open. One of the employees was sweeping and cleaning right next to me while I was eating. They also brought out all the cages used to store pizza dough and placed them near the main entrance, right beside me which is a serious safety hazard. Although the store closes at 12AM, all the tables had already been cleared well before that. The staff at the till were rude, showed no politeness or even a basic smile, and kept impatiently asking, “Are you okay?” every few seconds, clearly trying to rush me into placing an order.
