Domino's Pizza - Dublin - Cabra — Local services in Dublin

I ordered from justeat, after an hour and 20 minutes I called to query why there was no movement on the app. I was told by the man on the phone that the justeat machine was broken and they hadn’t got our order. There was no call to tell me that the food was delayed. The man on the phone had no interest on apologising for this delay, eventually after my own suggestion he offered us free cookies. The man on the phone had no interest in compensating us for there own mistake. When the food eventually came after 2 hours there were no free cookies instead they had given garlic bread which we did not want. In all honesty I was expecting to be financially compensated for the 2 hour wait. The man was incredibly rude and had no interest in fixing an issue that was no fault of my own. I will not be ordering from Domino’s...

So bad, forgot 2 items and delivery driver asked ME why the previous person accepted my items. He told me he was going back to get them. I told him not to worry I was going to ring the store. Store told me don’t worry he was going back to get them. It took me 10 minutes to explain I didn’t want food that was after being in someone else’s house. They offered me store credit. I said no thank you I’d rather have what I ordered. They put me on hold. Came back then to tell me yeah that’s ok the driver is still in your area. I said no sorry I don’t want food that’s been sitting in someone else’s house the past 15 minutes? I didn’t get anywhere. I was delivered the 2 missing items and they went in the bin. Couldn’t take a chance. Never again. Don’t trust the food safety...

Ordered never arrives on time and have to reorder. Waiting over 2 hours both times I've tried to order. Was told they called my phone on two separate occasions on two different orders and rang my bell but they didn't.

Definitely a generic excuse they're used to giving.

Wouldnt buy from here again.

Update : ordered again and tried to ring back to order more, kept answering and hanging up to every number we called on. Alexandra told us she's the manager when she isn't. Hasn't a clue how to be professional.

Only good thing about this branch was their driver to delivered our food ! Nicest guy...
