I literally wandered in not looking for a thing not expecting much but WOW this place is what you don't find everyday . There was everything from furniture(antique) to crockery, glassware, jewellery, tons of carpets/ rugs, chandeliers, brass ware, silver ware, China ornaments, lots of WWII gas masks& dissident captains army hats the caps&the fur ones with the tired up ear flaps, leather old suitcases, taxidermy, paintings, fur coats, old second hand clothes, vintage toy cars, you name it it's there there was a whole other full size room I didn't hv time to go into I was there for a good while&probably only saw about 15% of the stock. It's a must see. **--> I returned here with my husband as I wanted to show him all I had seen&explore some more that I hadn't the 1st time. There was the same lady working with BUT this time she was so so rude we were only inside for a few minutes&felt compelled to leave her energy was suspicious, aggressive and arrogant to be honest , we had shopping bags from the Tesco next door&she kept watching them even though I put them down out of the way so to reassure her I wasn't trying to shoplift(that was the impression she was giving me). I asked her about a black thorn walking stick my dad had asked me to enquire about when I told him of this place yet she answered so abruptly&rude waving me over to a umbrella stand but she didn't take her eyes off me, I then asked about the silver rings&other silver jewellery which she previously on my 1st visit had said I could see on my return(I hadn't time that day) but she actually told me to go and look at it from outside&then if I wanted to buy a piece she'd get it- they were right beside her, did she think I would grab it leave all my shopping, be seen on camera for a €10 cheap looking silver ring? The mounds of huge Persian style rugs in my photo from the 1st visit were moved and were dangerously, in the dim light, lying on the floor stacked against a bunch of furniture I didn't see them&that's the entrance walkway through the shop when my husband tripped&could've fallen in them she said NOTHING she actually rolled her eyes with annoyance. We were so watched by her&in a very uncomfortable way like we were NOT AT ALL WELCOME, we were a nucance to her- we were potential customers bc I wanted a yellow coloured glass bowl or vase& the walking stick for my dad also if something had maybe taken our fancy BUT the way she treated us was horrible this was the same woman from my 1st visit but now being the only ppl there I got to see the real person. She is awful, her husband/ partner came in as we were leaving&he was just as rude, impatient&seemed inconvenienced by our questions on whether they had a certain item or cost etc. I will NEVER EVER RETURN TO THIS STORE EVER AGAIN I've nvr felt so unwelcome. (I told the man I had reviewed his store to try to appease him a little but he didn't even say anything) ** Yes great stuff to look at BUT BEWARE YOU WILL NOT BE WELCOMED, the store owners are RUDE, IMPATIENT, AGGRESSIVE, ARROGANT, DO NOT LIKE QUESTIONS. They just want ppl in straight to an object, no questions, no conversation just payment. You've been warned ⚠️

This market has some real hidden gems and It’s great way to spend a Sunday - HOWEVER, the space is not suitable for crowd they draw in. It’s very difficult to move around and almost impossible to get to some of the stalls as the crowds are impenetrable. I hope they can find a bigger space or reorganise the space to better...

1st time visiting and loved it! Found some really fantastic bargains and engaged with so many lovely, knowledgeable traders. Coffee van was a blessing for a quick cuppa, ready to go again. Looking forward to making this a regular spot to visit....
