Pearl River Chinese Takeaway — Local services in Dublin

Used to love it but found a hair at christmas and never went back, but my kids wanted to get it tonight so i did thought I'd give it another shot & both kids found yet another long black hair & both kids are light brown & same as myself so 1000% was not any of ours & when i rang the receptionist was so rude saying she is barring us as this was the second time, as if I'd want to order from there again, then the delivery driver went rooting through the food for the hairs at my door and coz kids wore half way through there meal before finding the hairs half of it was eaten and i paid €28 for the food and they handed me back €11:50. Its a disgrace of a place, so if ya want hairy chicken & chips then order from these, coz i certainly would not recommend...

AVOID!! First and last time ordering from this place. From the little bit of food we ate it was well below average then found hair in our chicken, when I rang back to complain the woman on the phone was beyond rude, tried to make me out to be a liar and said there was no way there could be hair in the food! Absolute joke NO apology whatsoever! I was asked to return the food to them for INSPECTION.. had to ring just eat to get my money back.. worst chinese I've ever tasted and dealt with! No customer service...

Absolutely by far best Chinese around,we ordered food for party of 14(not wanting individual containers)it was delivered in large foil trays so perfect for dishing out,great value at €95 for main meal & 2 starters for 14!!food arrived piping hot,arrived dead on time,delivery guy very pleasant,right down to the girl that took my order,so helpful in explaining my options👍I highly recommend for party's (any size)will definitely be back,thank you so...
