Domino's Pizza - Dublin - Crumlin — Local services in Dublin

I would give zero stars if I could but I want to write this review. Ordered on Thursday night and the food was in "quality check" for 45 minutes so in total our waiting time was about an hour and that wouldn't have been a problem for us except for the fact that when the food arrived it was cold. We live on Kildare road and as this is Crumlin it just shouldn't have been possible for the food to be cold. They also don't take cash payments over 50 euro so we ordered less which is just bizarre for the business and my pizza that was a large and sharing pepperoni pizza had some onion and sweet corn on it which is considered a cross contamination issue. The last and final issue we had which is our biggest concern is that we all got food that made us very sick. We all live in different houses and the only food we consumed together was the "cold and obviously reheated" pizza and yet we all ended up very sick for two days after with the same stomach symptoms. Absolutely atrocious business for an absurd price. People should boycott this place. Spend your money somewhere that has more respect for their business...

Disgraceful customer service. Ordered from them on April 15th at 11.15. They took the money out of my account and emailed me saying that my food would be delivered. Waited nearly an 1 and a half for my food nd it still didnt arrive. Called different dominos and they said that its not there problem since it's a different branch. Called crumlin the next day told me that they cant find my order can you imagine HOW CAN YOU NOT FIND MY ORDER! if you took my money from my account and sent a confirmation email then I obviously ordered from your useless shop. After 30 minutes of calls across there branches they gave me a a number to call it was their IT department can you imagine having the audacity to make me call them again what a waste of my credit and precious time cant understand why they would waste my time and money there apost to be a business not daylight robbers.

Update to the story talked to the IT department didnt take to long and they also proved that I did place an order customer seevice was nice aswell. If only crumlin were more like their...

Ordered from here couple of times, the last two I've had issues, one of us loves Garlic pizza bread. rang up and mentioned this, we'll put credit on your account. OK fair enough stuff happens.

Next time I order same thing, I pay full price (didn't remember) and then pizza arrives over hour later I bring it in, realized they forgot the garlic bread again. OK ring up and complain, (wasn't till he mentioned Credit that I remember The last time and I should have credit), he says it'll take over an hour to get it or they can give credit (I remember) I say the credit wasn't applied last time he says that he is very busy and can't get it out to me for over an hour.

Now to add to this the pizza is barely warm, will not order from here again, not worth it for a 3-star pizza, there's a 4 Star Pizza...
