Apache Pizza Kimmage — Restaurant in Dublin

Ordered the party deal which has 5 pizzas and 3 sides and also ordered an extra 15 sauces for €5 extra, for a group 15 people. 2 hours later the food still had not arrived and upon calling the store I was told “we are busy, it’s on the way, it’ll be there in 5 minutes”, and they hung up. 30 minutes later the food arrived cold and I was given 2 cans of coke for the order being over an hour late. 3 of the pizzas were not even close to what was ordered and there were no sauces which were separately paid for. I called the store again and explained what was wrong with the order and was given no explanation for the mishap and was told I would have to call back in the morning as the manager wasn’t in and the person on the other end of the phone had no interest in trying to sort out what had gone wrong. I can categorically say I will never order from this branch of Apache again as the situation was dealt with absolutely disgracefully and the employee obviously has no respect for the people he deals with and only tries to continue on with his job by hoping people don’t complain about his complete lack...

Avoid this branch at all costs, unless you’re going to starve, and even then still avoid it, you’ll be left waiting for nearly two hours for the food. It’s going to happen at some point that you’ll get a delivery that took long, I can accept that, the problem was the disgrace of a customer service, the girl was rude on the phone when I rang an hour after ordering requesting the order status, told me it hadn’t left the shop yet and basically hung up. Called back 30 minutes later and a young lad answered, seemed a nice chap but shouldn’t have been answering the phone as he asked someone else in the shop for information when I asked the same question again, you could hear the same girl in the background when I gave the address barking some words at him, who is she to be having a go when the order was late. If she was nice and sincere on the phone I wouldn’t even be typing this review. Please avoid this sham of a shop. I’ll be going on strike till this girl finds some manners for herself or till she’s removed...

Food was barely edible. We ordered jalapeño bites which where disgusting, cold and not cooked properly. Pizza was undercooked. The delivery guy forgot our can of coke. The ordering process was almost impossible (Apache on just eat said that it was too late to order but when I called the store they were still open and happy to take any orders), I ordered but the app would only let me order for the next day so the order didn't show up on the apache store system. I had to take the employees phone number, send a screen shot of proof of payment to an employee, to confirm we had paid already. The meal deals and prices on just eat don't match the prices when you call the apache Kimmage store. On the apache just eat app there is no option to order a MARGARITA PIZZA. This is the worst apache I have ever experienced. Zero stars, just close the place, you literally can't do anything correctly. €30 for this experience....
