Domino's Pizza - Galway - West — Local services in Galway

I placed an order from Domino’s to my workplace, a studio where I was actively working and had clients inside. When the delivery driver arrived, he called me from the parking lot and told me to come outside to pick it up.

I explained that I couldn’t leave my workplace because I had customers and I specifically ordered delivery to the door. Still, he refused to come in and insisted I had to go to the car “because that’s how they always do it.”

Let me be clear, I was at work, doing my job, and I expect the delivery driver to do theirs. Instead, the driver took the order back, and shortly after that, I got a call from customer service trying to convince me that the customer is always expected to go outside. That’s just ridiculous.

I would like to pay for delivery, not for a lecture or a parking lot pickup. Terrible customer service, poor professionalism, and zero accountability. Never...

Wouldn’t even give it one star staff are so unfriendly I made an order for €47 and the first order was wrong so I called back and they sent out again wrong and when I called again the man on the phone refused to send me out my right order and refused me a refund laughed at me on the phone shouted at me would not let me talk kept talking over me and when I asked to speak to a manager he said “why because you’re gonna complain with me“ and then I asked again to speak to a manager and he laughed and said no and hung up the phone and when I asked for my right order he said he will send it out but I will have to pay again won’t let me upload pictures of the state of the pizza one was burnt and one was flatter than tissue,...

I rang 7 times this evening and on the 7th ring I was pulling up outside when the one if the male workers pressed the button to turn the phone off and hung up on me ,There was a lovely lady working behind the counter who was very under pressure with no help for her colleagues she had asked for help multiple times to witch she was ignored until she had called him 3 times !
