Gourmet Tart Co. — Restaurant in Galway

Lovely selection of food as the tarts live their own lives I am not gonna mention how delicious they are. They have a selection of salads and lunches with my favourite being the salade niçoise. Unfortunately for people with specific diet restrictions you have to enquire ABT the cakes as some may not be suitable for vegetarian while the chocolate bumble cake has Cointreau which is alcohol (not suitable for Muslims automatically) limiting its use for multi-denominational parties. I wish they made it clearer as what is suitable for vegeterian with some glazing have animal gelatine but the staff (if not too busy) are always very helpful in that regards.
