The therapist was extremely skilled and took the time to focus on my problem areas, especially my shoulders. They used a combination of deep pressure, stretching, and targeted techniques that really helped release the knots and improve my mobility. The pressure was firm but never too intense, and they checked in to make sure I was comfortable throughout.

A fabulous new, business with a spa like professional setting and staff. I went in suffering, I left revitalised. They asked me was I having any particular symptoms. I explained I was having restricted breathing symptoms post covid. They focused on a treatment that I can honestly say noticeably improved my condition.
