My cousin went to purchase an iphone 15 so they handed him an old with dent on it by saying that they are bringing it from inside and they unboxed it.Since he is new he was unable to speak Italian so the sales girl took the advantage and handed the dent phone.When he came home to unbox it we were all shocked to see such condition!When we went to fix it they were extremely rude with unprofessional behaviour and tried to put the blame on us.The cashier girl was quite unprofessional and was rude whole time.Everyone should boycott this place.Worst...

Premetto che ho fatto vari acquisti in questo negozio. Do 3 stelle per i commessi disponibili, se no avrei dato meno. Ultimo acquisto in agosto una lavatrice e con l'opzione di farmela portare a casa , purtroppo. 37 euro in più. Precisando che andava bene tutti i pomeriggi escluso la intera giornata di mercoledì. Infatti la ditta di trasporto Unilog mi chiama il martedì per la consegna di mercoledì mattina. Ma scusate la gente lavora, non è che con un preavviso di poche ore prima può chiedere ferie per i comodi di una ditta oltretutto pagata a parte per la consegna (e di mercoledì che avevo precisato da escludere). Allora gli ripeto anche alla loro segretaria che potevano venire tutti i pomeriggi dalle 12 in poi. Macche, il giovedì mi dicono che verranno il venerdì mattina.... ma è una presa in giro?... dopo varie discussioni al massimo mi dicono che possono venire per le 9 del mattino perché il pomeriggio non ha il giro. Alla fine mia moglie ha dovuto aspettarli, per fortuna che è un servizio pagato, (ah, hanno portato la lavatrice in sito ma poi non hanno messo i tappi sul posteriore e non li ho neppure trovati). Servizio di consegna irritante, dopo che gli è stato chiesto di venire di pomeriggio hanno fatto il loro comodo e non hanno preso in considerazione le esigenze del cliente. Spero che non succeda più!

Altra nota negativa ma per Unieuro è che non mi hanno caricato i punti sulla tessera, nonostante siano passati con la pistola del codice a barre, ed a ora sono persi o caricati su...
