BolognaFiere — Local services in Bologna

What a lovely place, this place is huge. It has many many halls, each hall larger than the other. It was an Amazing Zoomark. This was planned by the organisers in an amazing way, they had organised shuttle service from Bologna Central to the fair. directions to each Hall was marked clearly, everywhere, so that you would not confuse yourself and need to walk extra. It has large number of parking spaces, food stalls, all across open areas, lots of areas for toilets, with wheelchair accessible-ones too. It was pet friendly with lots of pets around. At the entrance, there were people who knew multiple languages who could help everybody with directions. There were Maps of the entire place they were directories of the participants. Apparently the ticket they sold to us was valid to go into the wine convo but after 20 min we found out it wasn’t and obviously we went to bought the ticket for the wine convo but after the wine expo we went back to asked for a refund as obviously we wouldn’t buy a ticket for 12 euro to go into a expo we wouldn’t be interested in for 20 min and then buy another 30 euro for the wine expo. Like what I want to scam a huge company for the 12 euro that we want a refund for? Apparently they can’t say if we found the ticket on the floor but come on you can check the payment method, as I bouth the tickets on the same card. CAZZO AS THE ITALIAN...

Completely unfit to host bigger shows. For 4 days now we are waiting to have our electricity connected and we still don't have it. Nobody answers phones, nobody replies to emails. I know there only one resonable person, the others should be fired. I've been in this business for over 10 years and This is the WORST place to work with. When clients ask us about building here, we always try to convince them to go to other show if they need success.
