DOUGLAS - this shop is a disgrace for this shopping centre. We came in to buy some products and the sales ladies ignored us completely while taking half an hour to serve someone buying an eye pencil. When we asked to be served she had a disgusting attitude, which is famous for these shops all around Rome - I think to work here you have to pass a test to be the worst staff member on earth. No wonder they always empty. Head Office- as a Director of a company myself I would fire the whole lot & replace everybody , I promise your sales will go up. You are a disgrace to this wonderful centre that we all love shopping at....... you should be ashamed to treat...

Here are few examples: parking near the shops is limited, especially for those with handicap parking On weekends, no one enforces proper parking and people park even on the side of the road. Hard to get around the area or properly cross streets. Bathrooms are often dirty and not well maintained. Not the best designed for a walking/shopping experience or tower accommodate for a very busy and/or crowded day (especially busy weekends). Unfriendly staff. Frankly, the quality here can be described as cheap - both fabric and construction. Pretty much nothing here is made in Italy.
You will find better quality in any random clothing store on the street of pretty much any Italian town. At least they source their clothes from local factories. I bought shirts from random cheap mens shops in Naples and Amalfi, and the quality of my shirts were better than anything here in the entire mall!!
Better mall to go would be Euroma2 or just walk the streets around Rio Del Corso near...
