my experience was deep disappointment following a highly unpleasant experience at your restaurant on July 29. I am a tour leader and had a group of 30 guests from India accompanying me. My intention was to dine first and then place a group order for the entire team. Unfortunately, the service I received was nothing short of disrespectful and unprofessional.

I arrived and took a seat with the menu, clearly indicating I was ready to order. Despite being visibly seated and waiting, no staff member approached me to take my order. I initially assumed this was due to a temporary rush. However, to my dismay, several other guests—who arrived well after me—were greeted, seated, and attended to promptly.

As I continued to wait, I noticed even the other guests seemed puzzled by the lack of attention given to me. Eventually, I had to call a staff member myself. As he did not speak English, he called over a lady staff member. Only at that point was a starter brought to the table. I expressed my dissatisfaction, explaining how ignored and insulted I felt. Shockingly, there was no apology—only a dismissive, "So you don't need the food now?"

Such service is completely unacceptable. No guest should be made to feel unwelcome or ignored, regardless of background or purpose. If your team cannot treat every customer equally and with respect, it raises serious questions about the values and training within your establishment.

one of the worst experiences at a restaurant in Italy. It was my daughters 6th birthday the night before we were to fly back home from a two week vacation and we decided to go to this restaurant for dinner....worst mistake. No one cleared tables, one persons dinner came out and the others were almost 30mins later we proceeded to talk to the manager (s) and they did nothing to make things better. On top of it - they charge you a cover charge of 2 Euros without telling you - even for a 1 year old child....when I asked about this charge I was told that this is for the sauces, salt, pepper and peanuts that the restaurant offers. The worst part is they did not tell us we needed to pay extra to eat Ketchup! The managers are incompetent, have ZERO customer service skills and need remedial training in how to deal with clients and more importantly, how to run a restaurant efficiently. Fastfood a prezzi ristorante, bad food high price. Ho avuto la pessima idea purtroppo di andare in questo fastfood mascherato da ristorante soprattutto nei prezzi del menu, le noccioline, alle quali sono anche allergico, e le tortillas offerte all'inizio sono solo per addolcire il suppostone del conto finale. Escludo le bevande a prezzi da ristorante stellato, ordiniamo le cipolle fritte e due costate ci arrivano poco dopo cipolle fritte 6 di numero 6 unte e trisunte color olio strausato di pullman insieme a due ribs non ordinate confuse a parer loro dopo summit tra camerieri tra costate e costolette, prontamente rifilate ai vicini che le avrebbero ordinate insieme alle cipolle che anche quelle ci arrivano dopo 9-10 minuti sempre nelle medesime condizioni e sapore tipo bere olio esausto. Finalmente arrivano le costate servite bollenti e schizzanti di olio e grasso direttamente sul tavolo con buona pace della mia camicia resa a pois dalla simpatica pietanza. Carne di bassa qualita' grassa e sapore tra i peggiori mai assaggiato per quasi 18 euro 18 l'una. Ci sbrighiamo quasi a mangiare per scappare via da quell'oscenita' e il cameriere alla cassa travestito a festa per halloween ci fa anche pesare l'ordinativo sbagliato da parte loro invece di scusarsi magari con sconti o lasciando lo stesso almeno una ribs, ma lungi da loro. Ciliegina sulla torta alle 49 euro di conto finale anche 1,60 a testa di servizio roba da vergognarsi. A mai piu', tutta la vita burger king o fast food nati per essere tali si mangia moooolto ma mooooolto meglio spendendo 1/4 e magari con camerieri piu'...
