Very helpful and friendly staff! The guy (unfortunately didn't get his name) spoke some English and used Google translate for anything we couldn't understand otherwise. We were looking for Vodafone, which they were servicing there, but he also recommended a better plan for us (with Ho.). He carefully explained all the tariffs and options and took time out of his lunch break to finish setting up our internet, making sure everything worked well. Thank you! Definitely recommend...

Gentili e super disponibili. Sono in ferie a 850km da casa...Mercoledì 7 Agosto mi presento con un Samsung Galaxy A52S caduto in piscina e con schermo spento. Fanno di tutto per rianimarlo, cambiano pezzi su pezzi alla fine si accende ma riparazione sarebbe antieconomica (attorno ai 200 euro). Mi propongono un nuovo Samsung Galaxy A55 che hanno in vendita a 380 euro compreso trasferimento dati dal vecchio (per me sarebbe impossibile trasferirli dato che vecchio telefono parte solo con pezzi installati da loro). Addirittura mi propongono di andare in un supermercato e vedere se lo trovo a meno. Poi loro mi trasferirebbero i dati. Davvero di una onestà a umanità incredibili!! Ovviamente accetto e prendo telefono da loro. 380 euro compreso trasferimento dati, inoltre tutto il loro pomeriggio perso. Dalle 17 alle 20... io credo che al nord sarebbe stato impossibile avere questa assistenza. Mi avrebbero fatto pagare anche l'aria condizionata accesa dentro al negozio.... grazie...
