Museo Civico "Emanuele Barba" — Attraction in Gallipoli

Bad service / organization. We wanted to visit on 22.September 2021 around 11am. The entry fee was 6 Euro for two people, we only had a 10 Euro note. There were two guys at the reception, telling us that they have no 4 Euro change. Payment by card was not possible. They didn't seem to care at all. We had to leave again. Either it was a trick and they were hoping we would just give them the 10, or they were extremely lazy - it's not that hard to organize change and it wasn't a busy day. When we left they immediately turned to their cellphones again, instead of organizing change for the next customers... They were not...

A very small museum set over just 2 rooms on 2 floors. The ground floor housing the majority of the displays of local pieces. The 2nd floor has the macabre show of birth deformities in foetuses. Not much to entertain the tourist if I'm brutally honest. Just €3 per person it kept me interested for 15minutes. Friendly...

Museo composto da due stanze, la prima a due piani si può vedere benissimo anche dall'esterno, ha un secondo piano con dei libri antichi su cui è vietato salire. La seconda sala è dedicata all'esposizione di feti deformati e sarebbe carino essere informati prima dell'acquisto del biglietto di ciò. Inoltre solo alla fine della visita siamo state informate che se si è in gruppo numeroso o se si attende che arrivino altri visitatori è possibile formare un gruppo per fare una visita guidata, quando abbiamo fatto notare ciò alla receptionist si è alterata dicendo che non avrebbe tempo di far fare la visita guidata a gruppi troppo piccoli (noi eravamo in 2) se ci avesse informati prima magari avremmo aspettato l'arrivo di...
