Horrible Experience - Never Coming Back!

This was, hands down, the worst dining experience I’ve ever had. From the moment I stepped in, it was clear this restaurant doesn’t care about quality or customer service.

First, the place smelled awful—like old grease mixed with something sour. The tables were sticky, and the floor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. The staff were rude, inattentive, and seemed completely disinterested in their jobs.

Now, onto the food: it was absolutely disgusting. My dish arrived cold, undercooked, and tasted like it had been sitting in a freezer for months before being halfheartedly microwaved. The flavors were bland at best and revolting at worst. The ingredients did not seem fresh, and I wouldn’t be surprised if some of them were expired. My companion’s meal wasn’t any better—overcooked, drenched in oil, and served with a side of attitude from the server.

To top it all off, the prices were outrageous for the abysmal quality. I left feeling sick, both physically and mentally, knowing I wasted my time and money here. Avoid this place at all costs—there are gas station sandwiches with more appeal than anything this restaurant offers.

I visited this place a couple of months ago and had a disappointing experience, primarily due to poor customer service and mediocre food quality. However, after revisiting recently, I was pleasantly surprised to see noticeable improvements in several aspects.

The staff’s behavior has improved significantly they are now more welcoming and attentive, making the dining experience much more pleasant. The food quality has also seen a positive change, with dishes tasting fresher and better prepared. The naan, which was previously the only highlight, remains excellent, but now the rest of the menu holds up much better as well.

Additionally, the overall atmosphere feels more inviting, and while seating is still limited, the improved service makes it a more enjoyable place to dine in. It’s clear that the restaurant has made efforts to enhance its customer experience.

Given these improvements, I would now recommend this place to those looking for a decent meal, especially for takeout or delivery. If you had reservations before, it might be worth giving it...

Now this place used to be my go to place for whenever I craved Indian food being Indian. About a month ago. To add I am regular ordered for past 2 years. First of all they were closed on diwali which was disappointing. Again, no complaints it was a holiday. Today we ordered again and I could not have been more heartbroken. Butter chicken was just a tomato paste and chicken thrown in Biryani- no marination or meat and absolutely no flavor. Zero taste. The worst Naan- it was basically store bought naan heated and delivered to us. Most previous times, I am sure it was real fresh naan and this definitely was not. Samosa was below average- which a few weeks ago used to be my favorite.

These guys need to stop doing what they doing and get back to what they were doing in past. I liked their food but today was disappointing. On top of that the food was 40mins late. Please guys, bring back same quality good ad...
