Don´t go to this sh1tty place. WAS THE W0RST POOL EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE. Here are all the reasons: The client service is the W0RST that I have experienced in my whole life. We were insulted, yelled at and they even yell us TO GO BACK TO 0UR C0UNTRY (they were all n1g* from SENEGAL - so it makes no sense) ONE OF THEM EVEN TOUCH ME AND GRAB MY PHONE WHEN I WAS TAKING THE PICTURES. When you arrived there they don´t explain any of the rules (chairs, cap, anything) they just want you to pay and then you cannot do anything. When we were telling what was happening they start saying "Italia is like that" making look bad the whole italian tourism. Gross In general I will obviously N0T GO BACK to that place, but primarly because of the client service. We wanted to tell the people in the administrative positions what was happening and they...

Then they said we need to wear a cap and we didn't have any and they had run out so couldn't go in. By this point I had already paid and wasn't made aware of this before hand and all signs were in italian. So asked for a refund. Was surrounded by 4 security and told they couldn't give me my money back. They knew we was english and new to the area.after explaining many times that all I want is my money back as not allowed to use the pool without cap and no caps to use they called someone and was given some off my money back. Will not go back. Staff very rude and surrounding me with security when I was being polite was not needed. Avoid...

Easy to access from the Piola metro station Note before going: Wearing a swimming cap while in the pool is mandatory, if you don’t have one you can buy one from the newsagent near the entrance (for a cheaper price than at the pool). Service was very friendly and kind even though we don’t speak Italian A day ticket cost 8 euros (July 2024), if you want to rent a deck chair it costs another 3 euros No lockers to store valuables (or we didn’t find them), so we took turns...
