I was there during August 2017 for 3 nights. It is a complete review on this hotel. I hope it would be helpful for you. **PROS: - Location; It is very close to Piola metro station and you can go to most of the tourist action from there (directly to the terminal and one change to the tourist attractions). - Super-polite and kind staff; they are welcoming and hospitable staff. You feel pretty good while talking with them. They are responsible and helpful, always smiling even if you complain of an issue. They speak English fluently. - Cleanness; it was clean and neat. Also it was cleaned every day. They change all the soap, shampoo etc. each day and you feel good of their cleaning system. - Very spacious room which satisfied us completely. - Fair price for the quality of the hotel - A 24-hour Carrefour is in nearby street (5 min walk). - clean shower and toilet, hair dryer, very satisfying Wi-Fi, quiet and calm place, safe box, TV **CONS: - lazy elevator! You should press and hold the button to go the intended floor. Also for finding the exit you should solve a maze! - one day while I was taking a shower, suddenly hot water was turned off! It took 30 min to turn it on again! Also I found that they did their best to solve our problem and I am not unhappy that much for this unexpected problem. - very week A/C; It took hours to make your room cool while you come back tired to rest. - no tea maker (hotel kettle), shared building with a gym and spa; reservation in second floor. **CONCLUSION I will come here again if I came back to Milan.

Village Hotel usando una metafora, è uno stagno che ha potenziale per essere Oasi ma gli mancano le palme…Sintetizzando Incompleto. La camera è molto grande e pulita. L'arredo è nuovo. Letto comodo. Check-in rapido.

A very convenient location, walking distance from Piola and Loreto Metro. The stuffs are friendly and helpful. Rooms are alright and doesn’t match up with the pictures posted on the add. But I had a good experience with them, so I am satisfied. Keep in mind they will charge you before check-in so be prepared to pay upfront. By the way if you are travelling from US/Canada make sure to bring international adapters so that you can charge your phone.

We rented the apartments that are more expensive and came with a kitchen.

(1) The apartments are in the loft and they have no windows just some tiny skylights and most of the kitchen, bathroom and living room were of height were you had to lean over to get there. Specifically to go to the toilet you had lean over and to use the kitchen sink you had to lean over. Every time I used the bathroom I had to be super aware that if I stand up straight I would bang my head on the ceiling. This was no where indicated in the description and the pictures of the apartments put on their website were just the pictures of the other normal rooms. If I had known that there were no windows I would never have taken them.

(2) The apartments were supposed to have a full kitchen. First of all the fridge was broken so I could not keep my milk in my room but had to take it to my friends apartment next door. There were no proper glasses or a bin (but given the rest of the problems this was minor).

(3) I tried to open the skylight in the kitchen and the handle came off in my hands. The other skylight in the bathroom was broken and it would not open.

(4) The apartments were in the loft of a building next door so to get there you had to go to the second floor of the first building to get the key from reception then climb to the the 3rd floor of that building and go over a terrance to the 2nd floor of a neighboring building and take the stairs or elevator to the 6th floor. The elevator was an antique elevator where if someone left the door open in another floor (which was often the case) it would never come to your floor so we always took the stairs (at least 4 floors up).

This was one of the worst places I have ever stayed and I often rough it out in...

Hotel has listed that they have parking. We tried to book one before we arrive and it was not possible. It’s only possible at check in. The hotel is very big and they have only 6 parking spots, so it’s impossible to find available one. They did not say that. We arrived around 10 pm and all the spots were busy so the receptionist recommended to park bellow the trees on the street. We asked for a parking garage since we did not want to leave the car outside on the street. He gave us address of a garage, which was 1 km from the hotel. The owner of the garage asked us to leave the keys of the car with him and didn’t want to give us any receipt or note that the car is there-the whole situation was very suspicious, so we rejected to leave the car keys with him. We were driving for an hour around the city to find a proper parking garage unfortunately without success. We decided to park on the street in front of the hotel. The next morning we found the car with a broken window and small things stolen from the car. We had to drive immediately back to Germany since the hotel didn’t offer any safe parking place, leaving the car on the street was not an option since everyone could enter. We asked to get refund for the rest of the days and the hotel arrogantly rejected our request. There were a lot of things wrong with the hotel:||- it didn’t look at all as presented on the photos||- access to the room was very challenging, it was like a labyrinth ||- it was very noisy, the elevator has an alarm if the doors are not properly closed||- very unfriendly personal even...
