Turkish Kebab — Local services in Milan

The food is very delicious I went for it the next day to eat again but I was shocked how rude was the worker. I told him I want three chicken shawarma and one meat. he said "which number on the board?" In a very rude way. I said my order is not on the board I ordered it yesterday. He said pick a number again, then he said what type of bread ? I told him the circular one. He said what circular ? I told him just a chicken shawarma with a circular bread not a wrap like the one on the board. he said "can you use your mind ?". I thought he is an old man maybe I should let that slide. I told him my order again he said "don't you have a mind?" I said "what is your problem" he said " astagfurallah " in extremely rude way. I tried to respect him since he is old but I couldn't anymore because he kept disrespecting me so I told him I am leaving that is not a way to talk to anyone especially for your customers . I still can't believe how someone could be that disrespectful with no reason even If you have a bad day you may not be nice but not insulting others who are coming to eat from you.
