After being disappointed in the restaurants in central Milano, we are so happy we found this place. It is how an Italian restaurant should be and at an affordable price. Sea salad was good, buffala mozzarella was very tasty, calzone was not perfect but certainly very good, and the Tagliatelle with creamy mushroom sauce (similar to fettuccine Alfredo) they prepared for us upon request was a heaven in our mouth. Although some of the staff only spoke Italian (and I'm limited to 'Ciao'), the menu includes simple English translations, making it easy enough for me to order an octopus appetiser, and Milan's chop (Cotoletta alla Milanese or Wiener Schnitzel). I had carbonara, gnocchi, tiramisu, french fries, and potatoes. Everything was excellent. Food was prepared quickly, portions were good, especially for the price. My only slight complaint was the language barrier, but i can't complain about that since i didn't speak the national language of the country. I would come here again if I was in Italy.
