I discovered Isabeau on a recent trip to Ravello and bought some gorgeous pearl drop earrings from a little art gallery that sold a small selection of Isabella 's jewellery. I was thrilled with my earrings, they are so beautiful and when I went home to UK I looked on the website and immediately ordered the matching bracelet. Ho fatto modificare da Isabeau un ciondolo d'oro con la foto di mio nonno (quelli che si usavano una volta) e il risultato finale è stato bello. L'unico problema è che Isabeau nel fare il lavoro ha rotto la foto e ho dovuto arrangiarmi da sola nel cercare un fotografo che me la riproducesse sobbarcandomi anche le relative spese.

Lei non mi aveva anticipato che la foto si potesse rompere altrimenti non le avrei fatto fare il lavoro dato che quella era l'unica foto che avevo del nonno!! Il fotografo per riprodurla ha dovuto andare sulla tomba di famiglia... Le sottolineo inoltre che non era una riparazione del ciondolo ,bisognava solo mettere La parte colorata in resina. Ribadisco che quello che mi ha fatto rimanere male è stato il suo completo disinteresse nel risolvere il danno oltre alla spesa sostenuta.
