Luigi's professional behavior is under all critic. I flew all the way from Dubai to tailor/purchase a ready-to -wear suit from a sartoria in Naples. Upon finding the suit that looked good and before buying i asked for submitting the form for VAT refund. He pretended he did not know how to do it, he PROMISED TO TALK TO HIS ACCOUNTANT AND FIND A SOLUTION. As i spent one week in Naples, doing extended shopping to renew my garderobe i never encountered any issues when i shopped at stores like via Toledo for instance which they provided the VAT refund claims prior the purchase. As the suit costed 500 Euros and the vat refund would approximately be 110 EUROS, i visited the store 2 days later, i asked him kindly to cancel the transaction and charge me again AFTER HE HAD SUBMITTED THE FORM FOR MY VAT REFUND.He asked me to hand over the receipt and PROMISED that he would talk to his accountant to solve the problem. I was surprised as my card would be needed for both cancelling the initial transaction and recharging me again but he "acted cool" and claimed that it should not be a problem.The next day i would fly to Catania and reached base on whats app to receive clarification about my issue. He , with extreme audacity , said he could not do anything about it, he could not cancel the transaction as it was already too late(although it's been only 3 days) , he claimed "that we will be better organized next time and that his main priority was to ship my suit to Catania". He refused to take any accountability for his actions which seems a complete lack of professionalism. I intended to visit him again in November from Dubai and have a bespoke suit but after all this irresponsible behavior i will need to look for other options. Shame that people that do not have a clue about meeting basic clients' requests run stores and even greater shame that they do not take accountability for their lack of competence. It ruined my shopping...

Hands down the best suit shop around!! I would give 10 stars if possible. As an American living in Naples I wanted to build my wardrobe with top quality, “Made in Italy,” suits. Remo, Ugo, and Luigi took me in with open arms and provided the best customer service and recommendations. I purchased jackets and suits (which included alterations done in-house) and custom shirts, all fit to perfection with true Neapolitan style. Prices are very reasonable as well. I am by no means a fashionista so they walked me through the different combinations that I can use to get the most from every piece of clothing. I would make a trip from America to Naples just to shop here! Grazie...

Inizio col dire che ho messo una stella perché diversamente non avrei potuto pubblicare la recensione.... Ho conosciuto questa sartoria ,attraverso dei miei clienti che ho curato come Event planner per il loro matrimonio e in tutta la famiglia ben 5 persone hanno commissionato il proprio abito presso questa sartoria tra l'altro non pagati nemmeno quattro soldi.... Non entro nei particolari perché sarebbe una recensione troppo lunga .... Ma ci tengo a sottolineare che su 5 abiti uno quello del papà della sposa non è stato preso per il semplice fatto che dopo varie prove l'abito risultava più grande di un paio di taglie e a distanza di due giorni dal matrimonio abbiamo dovuto trovare una soluzione, Il restante 4 abiti le pieghe dei pantaloni risultavano corte e non della stessa lunghezza di entrambe le gambe , per non parlare delle camice che risultavano più grandi e di conseguenza all'altezza del papillon la camicia si apriva ( da precisare che il camiciaio della sartoria ha detto esplicitamente che lui alle camicie non aveva apportato nessuna modifica, mentre il proprietario ha detto di aver fatto fare le dovute modifiche) .... Ovviamente si sta parlando del papà della sposa , dei due fratelli della sposa e dello sposo ... Riferendo le varie difficoltà al proprietario, lo stesso proprietario non ha cercato di rimediare in nessun modo anzi ha inveito contro i miei clienti dicendo le peggio cose..... Concludo dicendo dietro un nome importante ci sono i soldi dei clienti e grazie a questi clienti che ci sono nomi importanti.....per tanto i clienti vanno rispettati per come sono e sicuramente i miei clienti sono persone perbene , ma anche in caso contrario non vanno trattati come sono stati trattati..... Fortunatamente napoli è piena di sartorie e siamo riusciti a risolvere apportando tutti gli aggiusti di cui avevano bisogno gli abiti ...... Sconsiglio vivamente questa sartoria e in particolar modo di avere a che fare con il proprietario persona molto sgarbata e...
